Project prices are one-time. Hosting is optional, billed monthly, and setup is included when we build it. Includes monitoring, backups, security updates and cloud costs up to a set limit; usage above that is billed at cost plus a small margin. 10% off annual hosting.
Satisfaction & revisions policy
- Scope: your fixed quote defines exactly what's included.
- Revisions: 2 rounds are included. Extra work is a change order at $95–125/hr, approved by you first.
- Acceptance: after delivery you have 7 days to approve or list any issues. No reply means the work is accepted.
- Bugs: bugs or missed requirements are fixed free, plus a 30-day bug-fix warranty after delivery. The 30-day warranty covers our delivered work as-is. It's void for any part changed by the client or a third party, or affected by changes to third-party services, data sources or hosting we don't manage. We can fix those at our hourly rate.
- Cancelling: the deposit is non-refundable once work starts. Cancel midway and you pay for completed milestones and keep that work. If we can't deliver what was quoted, the unfinished portion is refunded.
- Hosting: month to month, cancel anytime, with an export of your data when you leave.
- Concerns: you'll get a call within 2 business days. Unresolved disputes go to mediation in Duval County, Florida.
